We offer a one-year warranty. Should any fundamental parts or components fail due to raw material defects or workmanship within this period, Shenzhen Xiangxing Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. will replace them at no cost, excluding freight and consumable items like dies and cutting molds. The warranty excludes damage from user error or unforeseeable events.

Based on the items you are packing, we will determine if a mold is necessary. If required, we offer high-quality aluminum or copper molds. To ensure precision, please provide us with 3D drawings or samples before we proceed with mold fabrication.
7. What is the expected lead time for delivery?
During the off-season, anticipate delivery within 7-10 days after the deposit is received. In peak season, the lead time extends to 10-15 days. We strive to ensure timely delivery, regardless of the season.
