Should you require further assistance, our engineers are available for international telephone or video conferences, all at no additional charge. Please note, any service costs incurred in your country for overseas assistance are not covered.
2. Warranty Information:
We offer a one-year warranty. During this period, should any parts or elements break down due to our materials or workmanship, Shenzhen Xiangxing Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. will replace them at no cost. However, this excludes the freight charges and consumable parts like die and cutting mould. Damages due to customer mishandling or force majeure are not covered under warranty.
3. How to order raw materials?
We assist in connecting you with raw material suppliers and can also manage the order if needed. Whenever possible, we'll coordinate the shipment of both the machine and raw materials together for your convenience.
4. Are there other models available?

5. What is the power supply?
Typically, our machines operate on either 220v or 380v power supplies. However, if your requirements differ, inform us, and we can customize the power supply for you. OEM services are also available to meet your specific needs.
6. Does this machine require a mould? If so, what type is needed, and how can I ensure it's the right one for my application?
Based on your packaging items, we will clarify whether a mould is necessary. If required, we provide either aluminum or copper moulds of the highest quality. Kindly share your 3D drawings or samples with us prior to mould production to ensure precision alignment with your needs.
7. What is the lead time for delivery?
In the off season, expect delivery within 7-10 days following receipt of your deposit. During peak seasons, the timeline extends slightly to 10-15 days to accommodate demand.
