Working Principle
 

The high frequency vibration acts on the two surfaces of the plastic,and the heat generated by the vibration causes these two srufaces to be welded together tighty,the strength of welding area is same as other area of the plastic.No need adhesive or heating.Replace the  traditional hot pressing or bonding process.Low cost and no pollution, no damage to plastic tube.

*Adopts Japanese Panasonic high sensitive sensor with stepping motor,could locate the color mark fast and accurate,multi-function,trace the color mark,seal and trimming all in one machine.

 

*Auto frequency tracking ultrasonic power generator,fool-proof operation.  Intelligent automatic frequency tracking system.no need to manually adjust the frequency.with power compensation function, machine power will not decrease due to long time use. flexible power regulation based on tube material and size ,output , lowest failure rate.longer service life than ordinary electric control cabinet.

With Anti-drip design, standard filling nozzle is made of 304 stainless steel,Easy to clean and convenient maintenance.The nozzle with blowing,with a variety of nozzles,suck back and shut off after filling.It is suitable for stick cream,liqiuid or gel filling.

                          Tube Orientation sensor
Japan imported Panasonic mark sensor can detect the tube mark more sensitive and accurate.Make sure the tube stop in the right position before sealing. 

                                Welding Mold

We have our own CNC workshop.All the molds are made by ourself.Front mold is chrome plated,which is hard and durable,

Oxidation process is applied to the black mold, makes the welding  more perfect with plastic stick in the mold.
