Working Principle:Harnessing ultrasonic vibrations through a specialized welding head, this machine generates localized high temperatures at the interface due to acoustic resistance. 2. About The Warranty:
We offer a one-year warranty. Should any original parts fail due to manufacturing or material defects within this period, Shenzhen Xiangxing Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. will replace them at no charge. Please note, freight charges and consumables like dies and cutting molds are excluded. The warranty does not cover damages from incorrect operation or force majeure.
3. How to order raw material?
We are happy to assist you in finding or ordering raw materials. When possible, we'll coordinate delivery of both the machine and materials to your location.
4. Do you have any other models?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of choices to meet your needs. If our current models do not fit your requirements, please provide us with your specifications. With our in-house CNC workshop capabilities, we can create a custom solution just for you.
5.What is the power supply?
Typically, we offer power supplies of 220v and 380v. Should you require a different option, simply inform us, and we can produce a custom solution tailored to your needs. OEM services are also available.
6.Is this machine need a mould? Then what kind of mould should it be? How can I ensure the mould is what I need?
Based on your packaging items, we will advise whether a mould is necessary. If so, we provide either aluminum or copper moulds. Kindly provide us with 3D drawings or samples before we proceed with mould production to ensure it meets your expectations.
7.How long is the leading time?
The lead time is typically within 7-10 days during off-peak seasons after the deposit is received. During peak seasons, it extends to 10-15 days.
