Working Principle:Ultrasonic vibration with the ultrasonic transmission welding head to welding parts, as the two-welding lacoustic resistance and therefore produce local high temperature melt interface. Under certain pressure, make the two parts welding for a beautiful smooth flat and strong effect.

Features:
1. The automatic frequency modulation function enables the ultrasonic generator to automatically track and compensate the frequency change of the welding head.When the temperature is too high, if there are wear or foreign matter on the surface of welding head, this frequency change will occur.
2. Built-in automatic constant-amplitude system, automatic compensation for different air pressure changes and voltage fluctuations, stepless adjustment of ultrasonic amplitude from 50% to 100%, to meet the requirements of different welding work pieces.
3. Using IGBT for power amplification, the reaction is fast, which is more than 100 times faster than the traditional silicon power tube, so the protection function is better.

Once you get the machine,meanwhile you will get our operation instruction which would detailed explain all about the machine operation. Besides, our operation video is available for your operation reference. If either instruction or video can not helps you, and we will arrange the our engineer contact you via international telephone conference or via face to face mutual video conference.All above service is free.The service cost in customers' country was not included if requires oversea service.
2.About The Warranty:
One year warranty. Within one year, the initial parts or elements of the machine broke down cause by the raw material and our hand work, Shenzhen Xiangxing Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd. would replace the parts freely, but the freight charge and the consumable parts like die, cutting mould were not included. The warranty is not valid if the machine damage due to customers' wrong operation or caused by force majeure factors.
3.How to order raw material ?
We can help you to find raw material supplier, and also we can help you to order if need. And if possible, we will arrange the machine and the raw material sending to you together.
4.Do you have any other model ?
Of course . We have different choice for you, and if all our models that's not what you want, you can tell us your details,we have own CNC workshop, we can custom make for you.
5.What is the power supply?
Normally, there are 220v and 380v, and if you need other choice, just tell us, and we can custom make for you. Or OEM is available.
6.Is this machine need a mould ? Then what kind of mould should it be? How can I sure the mould is what I need?
According to you packing items we will inform you this need a mould or not. If needed, and we will offer aluminum or copper mould.Pls kindly send us 3D drawings or samples before we make the mould.
7.How long is the leading time?
Within 7-10 days in off season after we receive the deposit and 10-15days during peak season.
