Working Principle:Harnessing the power of ultrasonic vibrations, the welder uses a high-frequency transmission welding head to seamlessly unite parts. The acoustic resistance of the two components generates localized heat, resulting in a clean, smooth, and strong weld at the interface. This process, under precise pressure, delivers aesthetically pleasing and durable results.
Compatible with a variety of materials such as ABS, PC, PE, PP, PS, PVC, SAM, acrylic, cellulose, nylon, etc., making it ideal for the automotive industry.

We offer a one-year warranty. Within this period, any component failures due to material defects or craftsmanship are covered, with free replacement parts provided. However, freight charges and consumables like dies or cutting molds are excluded. The warranty is void if damage results from incorrect operation or force majeure events.
3. How to order raw material?
We can assist you in sourcing raw material suppliers and placing orders. If feasible, we will coordinate the shipment of both the machine and raw materials to your location together.
4. Do you have any other models?

5.What is the power supply?
Typically, our machines operate on 220V and 380V power supplies. However, should you require a different specification, just let us know! We are more than capable of customizing the power supply to meet your expectations, and OEM options are available as well.
6.Does this machine require a mould? If so, what type of mould is necessary? How can I ensure the mould meets my needs?
Based on your packing items, we will advise whether a mould is necessary. If so, we offer high-quality aluminium or copper moulds. Kindly provide us with 3D drawings or samples, so we can ensure the mould is precisely what you require.
7.What is the lead time for production?
During the off-season, our lead time is efficiently set at 7-10 days following receipt of your deposit. During peak seasons, this extends slightly to 10-15 days, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality.
