2. Warranty Information:
We offer a one-year warranty. Should any initial parts or elements fail within this period due to raw material or workmanship issues, Shenzhen Xiangxing Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. will replace them at no cost, excluding freight charges and consumable parts like dies and cutting molds. The warranty excludes damage from user error or force majeure circumstances.
3. How do I order raw materials?
